April, 1983

Groundbreaking Begins

A greenfield site was identified and cleared near our parent company’s existing magnet wire facilities. Construction on the new facility began shortly afterward.

April, 1985

Production Launched

With construction complete and several key production lines launched, the first successful product was produced at the facility.

May, 1985

Unique Casting Line Deployed

While many manufacturers use a standard continuous casting line created by a third-party, ECOR developed and deployed a truly one-of-a-kind concast that was designed in-house.

September, 1994

Facility Expansions

The facility expansion included additions to the Baler area, Utility area, and an Employees area.

June, 2005

ISO 9001 Achieved

With the Quality Management System certification, the facility meets international standards ensuring consistent product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

ISO 14001 Achieved

Upcaster Expansion

The expansion of the facility included the construction of the new Upcaster building, designed to enhance production capacity and streamline manufacturing processes. This addition represented a significant investment in infrastructure, supporting increased output and future growth.
