ECOR Rod & Foundry Renews The Copper Mark Assurance Status 

COLUMBIA CITY, IN — ECOR Rod & Foundry is proud to announce the successful completion of The Copper Mark Assurance Process, renewing its status as a The Copper Mark assured facility. 

Following an independent, third-party assessment, the recognition validates a commitment to responsible production practices, including environmental stewardship, employee health and safety, as well as strong business conduct.

As a leading producer of Electrolytic Tough Pitch (ETP) copper rod, ECOR plays an important role in supporting copper-based manufacturing across North America. The facility’s operations contribute to a reliable supply chain while maintaining a strong focus on product quality, operational excellence, and responsible manufacturing practices.

The Copper Mark Assurance Process evaluates performance at the individual site level. ECOR’s assured status applies specifically to its Rod & Foundry facility in Columbia City, Indiana, recognizing the facility’s adherence to internationally recognized responsible production criteria. 

The renewed assurance underscores ECOR’s ongoing commitment to responsible manufacturing, transparency, and continuous improvement, while recognizing the dedication and expertise of the employees whose efforts made this achievement possible.
